Die Sammlung Altes und sterbendes Handwerk setzt sich zusammen aus Dokumentarfilmen und Fotografien, die während den Dreharbeiten aufgenommen wurde.

Der Film mit der Nummer 9009 zeigt Fritz Bracher und zwei Handwerker beim Herstellen von hölzernen, zusammenziehbaren Käseformreifen ("Järb").
